شروط الاستخدام

دورِك خدمة من الكويت تتيح للمحلات والعيادات وأماكن الخدمة («المحل») إعطاء عملائها أرقام انتظار على جوالاتهم ومناداتهم عليها. باستخدامك دورِك فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.
للعملاء الذين يأخذون رقماً
- الخدمة مجانية لك، بلا حساب ولا اسم ولا رقم هاتف.
- المحل هو من يعطيك الرقم ويناديك. دورِك يوصل النداء فقط.
- وصول التنبيه يعتمد على جوالك واتصاله بالإنترنت وإعدادات الإشعارات والصامت ووضع التركيز، وعلى أنظمة Apple أو المتصفح. لذلك لا نضمن وصوله في كل حال، فابقَ قريباً من المكان.
للمحلات
- الحسابات: المحل مسؤول عن حسابات موظفيه وكلمات مرورهم وما يُجرى بها. أخبرنا فوراً إن اشتبهت في دخول غير مصرّح به.
- الاستخدام المقبول: يُمنع استخدام دورِك لإزعاج العملاء أو تضليلهم، أو لمحاولة الوصول إلى بيانات محل آخر، أو تعطيل الخدمة أو تجاوز حدودها.
- ما يُدخله المحل: أسماء المحل والخدمات وأماكن الاستلام وما يظهر للعملاء مسؤولية المحل.
- الرسوم: حسب ما نتفق عليه كتابةً مع المحل. يجوز إيقاف الحساب عند عدم الدفع بعد إشعار مسبق.
- التوفر: نبذل جهداً معقولاً لإبقاء الخدمة تعمل، وقد تتوقف للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا. يُستحسن أن يكون للمحل بديل للنداء (بالصوت) عند الانقطاع.
- الإيقاف والإنهاء: للمحل أن يتوقف عن الاستخدام متى شاء، ولنا أن نوقف حساباً يخالف هذه الشروط.
- البيانات: نتعامل معها كما في سياسة الخصوصية. عند إنهاء الاشتراك نحذف بيانات المحل عند طلبه خلال مدة معقولة.
حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة أو فوات الربح، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا تجاه المحل ما دفعه لنا عن الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.
الملكية
اسم دورِك وشعاره وتصميمه وبرمجياته ملك لنا، واستخدام الخدمة لا يعطي حقاً في نسخها.
التعديلات والقانون
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط ونحدّث تاريخها أعلاه، ونُشعر المحلات بالبريد بأي تغيير جوهري. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.

DOREK is a service from Kuwait that lets shops, clinics and service desks ("the business") give their customers queue numbers on their phones and call them. By using DOREK you agree to these terms.
For customers who take a number
- It is free for you, with no account, name or phone number.
- The business issues your number and calls you. DOREK only delivers the call.
- Whether an alert arrives depends on your phone, its internet connection, its notification, silent and Focus settings, and on Apple's or your browser's systems. We can't guarantee delivery in every case, so stay close to the place.
For businesses
- Accounts: the business is responsible for its staff accounts, their passwords and what is done with them. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Acceptable use: don't use DOREK to harass or mislead customers, to try to reach another business's data, or to disrupt the service or get around its limits.
- What the business enters: business, service and pickup names and anything shown to customers are the business's responsibility.
- Fees: as agreed in writing with the business. An account may be suspended for non-payment after prior notice.
- Availability: we make reasonable efforts to keep the service running; it may stop for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Keep a fallback (calling out loud) for outages.
- Suspension and ending: the business may stop using DOREK at any time, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
- Data: handled as described in the privacy policy. When a subscription ends we delete the business's data on request within a reasonable time.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our liability to a business is limited to what it paid us for the three months before the claim.
Ownership
The DOREK name, logo, design and software are ours, and using the service gives no right to copy them.
Changes and law
We may change these terms and update the date above, and will email businesses about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
